No matter what I try to do with my telus account, I get a different answer from each worker that I speak to. I also had to get my husband to call there about five times to tell them that he gives me authority to change things on the account and still, half the time that I call there, they say I have no authority.
I tried setting up a cell phone for my mother and put it on my account and spoke with four different agents and got a different story from every one of them as to the options for plans.
These workers obviously need more training. Regretful that I just renewed my plan - should have gone with Rogers!!
