trying to get hook up with telus is a nightmare everyone says it , everyone knows it!!!and nobody is doing anything because they are the only provider and then know what they sale we need it and they dont care, the service is awful, confusing and take hours to get to anything for most of the time to be muted, cut off or redirected in the hope that you will just shut up and move back to the field with the rest of their sheep...
THEY DONT CARE... I wish i could make a stand and stop my telus acc but i need internet for my business so like the rest of us ( the sheep) i take it ...
its frustrating and unfair , this will go nowhere and change nothing but at least its not growing a tumer in my brain ...a very frustrated sheep sophie
