I was having trouble sending photos to my computer. Called three times, they tried correcting different ways, then the 3rd time I called back the voice mail said they were upgrading.
I asked if that had been happening the day before and they said yes. I asked why they couldn't have just told me that, to save me the aggravation of calling back 3 times for nothing. Of course no answer to that one.
The truth is all we ask for as a consumer.
I think they need to change the way they operate, plus they noted on file that it was my phone to blame, when it was not. Ingrid
