Telus is the worst. Started on a 120$ phone bill not even 6 months later I'm at 230$ a month. And can't afford it. Good bye credit. Screw telus. Don't use koodo either.

Wow!! This happened to us also... they stopped sending bill in Dec. 2015... as I pay over 30 invoices a month I wasn't aware I wasn't getting our bill.. then phones shut off....
