Been waiting for over 2 weeks to get new cables installed so we can get internet and cable. No one has shown up or called to let us know. And only said "tentatively" appointments after we emailed them. They dont care about their customers and seem to be lazy. Going with shaw and telling everyone i know to not go with telus. EVER!
