Telus Communications - Horrible

when I moved from Telus to Bell there was no outstanding balance, thereafter Telus send me an invoice to my Telus online account which I no longer use. until they called me to make the payment I didn't have any idea about the outstanding balance. I made the payment as soon as realize I have outstanding balance but once they received the payment the immediate next day they reported me to the credit bureau for late payment. when I called to Telus about it, they said it's their policy !!. {{REDACTED}}
