i receive a bill for 486 dollars i pay every two weeks thinking ive paid it down and i get a bill for a thousand plus dollars i spent over 2 hrs on hold between being transferred and put on hold only to be told i had to call a diff number and that I would have to pay 3$ per page to review my bill to see why it was so high..as she couldnt tell me i ..thankfully i kept the tracking number for equipment sent back they charged me interest on it even though they had it..plus sent it to cbv for $111. not one person told me the same total when asked about my bill it went from 40- 260 overnight..interest charges im told..ive paid it off and am in process of BBB and have filed complaint will see if I get all the extra I paid back..it was hitting my credit score
