I called in 5 times to talk to a Manager about the credit which was offered to me when i bought iphone from TELUS. I’m still not able to talk to a manager- they were supposed to call me back within 72 hours , haven’t received any call till now ! Every time i call they just give me a new timeline to wait - it’s almost a minth niw waiting for call back . Worst company ever

Telus Communications - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
The worst telus experiences of my life. They are liars on the phone promising everything is fixed when it’s frisky not is fixed. Having to wait a week for these guys to do anything. The technicians that are contracted through telus absolutely suck. They walk away from you. Leave for hours. Very rude and don’t explain anything. Very very upset.
