Telus Communications - They are not happy unless you are unhappy!!!

Worst company ever. Every time I upgraded my phone they changed me to text billing which went to my 10 year old. Then they tarnished my credit as “late” not unpaid . Been with them for 20 years. Do not deal with them EVER

Telus Communications - Terrible!!!!

Called not only twice but THREE times for the past three months to get my pre paid visa for signing up with telus internet. They say there is NO record of me calling. LIES! I dont qualify for one now apparently!!! I have had to call at least three times to get my Wi-Fi back up and running. TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND!

Telus Communications - Poor customer service

I am waiting for a cell phone for over a week. I called customer service 3 times with no fruitful result. Its 3 days and am still waiting for a manager to call me. Telus has a long way to go in comparing bell and rogers customer service.

Telus Communications - Terrible would give 0 stars if possible

Sent back a receiver four months ago and never got a call until collections sent me a letter. Now been trying to get ahold of them for a week because they are saying I owe them $525. Was through them for my whole life for my cellphone and it was a terrible experience as well.
