A billing problem that was resolved in February 2025 has been added back onto my April bill. I want a supervisor to return my call tomorrow at 613-363-****.

A telus rep came to my door and talked me into home security, internet and mobile for same as what I'm paying for internet and mobile with previous service providers. I was told that I could upgrade my phone any time (just wait 2 months he said) and the mobile bill will stay the same.
That was absolutely false!
Then I had an additional $25 tacked on my security bill that I wasn't expecting - a city emergency service fee.
Second, I realize that home security isn't worth having - a waste of my money for a renter, unnecessary expense for a low income single person.
It was a dumb decision but on top of that I've had to have the deadbolt replaced once already within 4 months because it won't work with the passcode. A tech came prior to redo the passcode, it worked twice then quit.
And if the power goes out, it's completely useless.
Third, I dropped my phone and the screen cracked.
I opted in to the device care when I upgraded but with my first repair the monthly premium is going up $2. So after 24 months I will have paid $400 for device care insurance.
As soon as my 24 months are finished I'm returning to Virgin and
I Will Never recommend Telus to anyone.

Yes, really, they don't have a phone number. Think.
A telephone company without a phone number.
They do have on-line self-help where you act as your own customer service representative. I've never received a bill.
I don't know where the charges come from, and recently I was charged for roaming in Costa Rica. The only reason I know about that is that they texted me.

I was charged $330 and an extra $330 on my January bill. This is a huge mistake on your part! My January bill should be $130 at the most.

My device has not been paid off since November 18, 2024 and this is unacceptable. I have made several payments to keep my account at a balance of $450 from October to November, to pay off my device at contract completion on November 18. However, Telus continues taking my monthly charge from the $450 credit I deliberately made to pay off the device by November 18, 2024, as per the end of my contract.

Extremely poor telecommunications for a telecommunications Company
Well I have had nothing but problems dealing with Telus. From camera mixup to wrong dates to getting a bill for installation that was waved.
Trying to call to sort out the bill that was a 45 min wait... my time is valuable as well so I hung up. I also got a bill for the first month that was suppose to be free. Lol cameras arrived on the 19th of Dec and I have a bill for my first month today is the 8th of January.
Good grief. Would I recommend you nope Koodoo is Great.

I have talked about bad reception and bad cell phone service. Eric , the technician have guided me how to transfer to LTE , but nothing has changed in the quality .
I still cant talk without multiple breaks . Its just horrible . Take a note , we will not change our home internet to telus until you improve the quality of your service.
And most probably we will return to Fido . Telus is

We just cant hear each other, had to stop the call and dial over and over . Fido was amazing! Do smth with your lines . And post the customer service phone in google , without asking about the email info .
We agreed to switch home internet as well , but now I dont want. Also take away 100 simbol request .
I am very disaponted with you . It was wrong decision to leave Fido

I travelled outside the country and deactivated my number

This company never gives my problem a second thought .I was to receive a callback twice. I was not home when the call came in. So our issue is not solved, I keep getting put on HOLD.
I can not get in to my account because for some reason it seems to be SECURITY LOCKED even though I pay more than their *** bill every month! Rick.
Absolutely the worst customer service, I have ever encountered. Condisending staff, unable to answer clear questions, always interrupting and really doesn't want to help the customer in any way.
With Postal strike now, where to return equipment? Their only answer is to call customer service...after hours of being on the phone, get rid of chat line and put a human that can answer questions and improve Customer Service which is terribly lacking.!!!

My TV is not working. I've followed all the instructions 8 times, etc.
Still not working. Tried to call technical support and was on hold for 2 hours.
I finally hung up. Ridiculous!

Useless
Pathetic and very useless in every way just like Telus in general I just went into 1 of your useless stores to get my phone changed over to a new contract and it showed me how much more useless your provider is Im disappointed with the pathetic service you have at your stores and will recommend to everyone I know to leav your service because of how pathetic it is in every way
Constomer wait times are too lengthy. We were hung up on 2x after waiting for over an an hour. Also when they ask to leave your name and number so that they can respond that doesn't work.
Horrible wait times and because of this we are seriously considering switching providers. The gentleman who eventually helped us was great but it took over a day of trying to get through to get any help.
Plus, we were not impressed on getting disconnected by Telus twice. Very poor customer service.
