Telus Communications - Balance?
Switched cell phone provider 2 months ago because I was not happy with the offers from Telus. Today received an email that I owe them 6.00 and they are sending my account to their collection agency. I never received a phone call or text message from them in 2 months and all of a sudden I owe them 6.00. Very unprofessional o send an email threatening someone without even trying to contact them before. Terrible company. Never recommending this company to anyone
