Telus Communications - Excessively long wait on the phone

*** me off that I cannot deal with an overage charge efficiently. The music is irritating to say the least, and nearly one hour in priority sequence is enough to make me feel more anxiety on the call than paying my overage charge. Absolutely horrible customer service. No respect and they're shipping out on some of the necessities to keep current clients satisfied.
