Spend more time on hold with them than I care to remember. Have spent over 3 hours on hold over the last 5 days to try and fix the issue with my elderly mother’s phone number.

Just spent another hour tonight and was told that I need to contact the customer care department. They say they’ll call you back but no one has ever called me back. So incredibly frustrated. Will not be renewing my home phone, internet ,cell or TV with Telus I’m so disappointed with them.

They should stop spending all their money on stupid 3D animal commercials and invest in some staff to answer the phones. After all it’s a telecommunication company for goodness sake!
