WORST customer service ever. I have been put on hold for more than 2 hours.

They say they care about their customers but do not value their customer’s time. Keeps on transferring to other departments but do not resolve any issues. I just upgraded my phone but used the same sim and number but they ended up charging my $30 for connection but I already had connection with them.

It was just changing phones. I will cancel my and my family plans with Telus and will suggest everyone that I know to not use Telus.
