I decided to switch from Shaw to Telus because they were offering better and cheaper services.When we came to an agreement for the price and plan they said they were gonna send someone to install optic cable.
I was so frustrated that it took one month to send someone to install the optic cable ,who just showed up out of nowhere .
I was never informed and it so random I had to cancel my plans.after that the plan and price that we agreed on was never noted and they told us if you don't like it you can go back to shaw.Will never do business with Telus ever.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Horrible customer service.
